Integrate 360 Physical Therapy is a fee-for-service practice. Accordingly, we will not bill your insurance company directly. Rather, we will provide you with an invoice with all applicable codes so you can submit an insurance claim for reimbursement if you wish. In most cases Integrate360PT will be considered an out-of-network provider. Typical reimbursement rates are from 50-80% of Integrate360PT charges once you have met your deductible. Prior to your first appointment, Integrate360PT strongly encourages you to research your out-of-network benefits and determine whether you have an out-of-network deductible.
Because Integrate360PT will focus on you and not your insurance company’s requirements, limitations, and billing procedures (e.g., low reimbursement rates that limit the duration and number of patient visits), we will go above and beyond what you might expect in a typical insurance-driven physical therapy environment (e.g., we see patients for 45 minutes to 1 hour). Hence, you will most likely: (1) make significant progress quickly, (2) have a very clear understanding of the dysfunction, and (3) know how to correct it.
Integrate360PT accepts checks, cash, and credit cards for payment at the time of service. You can also likely use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) as payment, so again, please check the out-of-network benefits of your insurance provider.
