WHAT WE DO
Integrate360PT treatment focuses on restoring postural balance to your body, which will help you alleviate Pain, enhance Performance, and Prevent injury.
Pain Alleviation: Many patients come to our clinic after going “everywhere else” without success. After being told, “it’s all in your head” they are relieved to hear an explanation for their dysfunction. We will identify the underlying system dysfunction and restore your system to a neutral position so your body can rest. Manual therapy can be an important piece of restoring your body’s neutral position. From neutral, your nervous system does not have to be “on” or hyper-alert all the time. This alleviates pain and in many cases eliminates it. We also offer dry needling to engage the body’s natural healing process, inhibit and/or facilitate muscles and alleviate pain.
Performance Enhancement: System balance improves performance. We work with athletes so they can enjoy their sport and enhance their performance. PRI exercises allow athletes to: learn proper movement patterns, build strength in a proper position, increase endurance, breathe properly, and maintain flexibility. The educational side of PRI will help athletes understand how their bodies can perform at optimal levels for recreational exercise and/or competitive sports.
Injury Prevention: Proper postural positioning helps prevent injury. Just as it is smart to build a house on a solid foundation, it is best to exercise after restoring proper alignment to the body’s systems. Postural Restoration corrects faulty movement patterns, which in turn, prevents injury. For our patients, it is an important precursor to general exercise, running, cycling, swimming, fitness classes, weight lifting, Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, speed and agility training, and/or playing sports.
